What kind
of security is in place for BDPSmart?
BDPSmart is very secure; it employs both network security
as well as data access security. Network security is controlled
by a Level 1 Data Center, where network access is controlled
and monitored. Data access is controlled on a user-by-user
basis.
In areas of the portal where company-specific data resides, customers have access only to their own business data. Customers cannot see any company-specific data other than their own. Users are granted access only to records that they are a party to, which is maintained by a select few within the BDPSmart Support Team. Users do not have the ability to modify their own access.
