How do I get a BDPSmart username and password?
You may request an account by clicking on Contact Form and completing the short request form. Because of the confidential nature of information inside BDPSmart, all requests for access go through an account approval process to ensure data security.

What kind of security is in place for BDPSmart?
BDPSmart is very secure; it employs both network security as well as data access security. Network security is controlled by a Level 1 Data Center, where network access is controlled and monitored.  Data access is controlled on a user-by-user basis.

In areas of the portal where company-specific data resides, customers have access only to their own business data. Customers cannot see any company-specific data other than their own. Users are granted access only to records that they are a party to, which is maintained by a select few within the BDPSmart Support Team.  Users do not have the ability to modify their own access.

What hardware and software do I need to use BDPSmart?
A PC is required, as well as Internet access from that PC. Internet Explorer V5.5 or higher is required for your Internet browser.
